So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship.

His word ("We saved him and those who were with him in the laden ship") — He says: We saved Noah and those who were with him from among the believers — when We rendered the judgment between them and their people and sent down Our might upon the disbelieving people — in the laden ship (al-fulk al-mashḥūn), that is to say: in the ship loaded and filled to the point of sinking.
In accordance with what we have said concerning the interpretation of His word ("the laden ship"), the mufassirūn also spoke.

Muḥammad ibn Sinān al-Qazzāz related to us, saying: al-Ḥusayn ibn al-Ḥasan al-Ashqar related to us, saying: Abū Kudayna related to us, on the authority of ʿAṭāʾ, on the authority of Saʿīd ibn Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn ʿAbbās, who said: (al-mashḥūn): the heavily loaded.
Muḥammad ibn ʿAmr related to me, saying: Abū ʿĀṣim related to us, saying: ʿĪsā related to us; and al-Ḥārith related to me, saying: al-Ḥasan related to us, saying: Warqāʾ related to us, all on the authority of Ibn Abī Najīḥ, on the authority of Mujāhid, concerning the word of Allah: ("the laden ship") — he said: the loaded and filled ship.
Al-Qāsim related to us, saying: al-Ḥusayn related to us, saying: Ḥajjāj related to me, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Mujāhid, who said: (al-mashḥūn) the fully laden ship.
Al-Ḥasan related to us, saying: ʿAbd al-Razzāq informed us, saying: Maʿmar informed us, on the authority of Qatāda, concerning the word of Allah: ("the laden ship") — he said: the loaded ship.
