Tafseer of The Pilgrimage · Al-Hajj · 22:56
[All] sovereignty that Day is for Allah; He will judge between them. So they who believed and did righteous deeds will be in the Gardens of Pleasure.

Allah, exalted be His remembrance, says: Sovereignty and kingship, when the Hour has arrived, belong to Allah, the One, without partner — no one disputes Him that Day. In this world there were kings who were addressed by this name — but no one will be addressed that Day as king except Him. يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَهُمْ — that is to say: He judges between His creation, the polytheists and the believers. Those who believed in this Qurʾān, and in the One who sent it down, and in the one who came with it, and who acted upon what it contained of the permitted, the forbidden, the prescribed punishments, and the obligations — those are on that Day in the gardens of bliss (jannāt al-naʿīm).
