His statement: وَكَذَلِكَ أَنـزَلْنَاهُ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ — Allah, exalted be His mention, says: just as I have set forth for you, O people, My proofs against whoever denied My power to bring dead creatures back to life after their decay, and made them clear — so too have We sent down to Our Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ this Qurʾān as clear signs (āyāt bayyināt), that is to say: clear indications that guide to the truth whomever Allah wills to grant guidance. وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَنْ يُرِيدُ — Allah, exalted be His praise, says: and because Allah shows the path to what is right and the way of the truth to whomever He wills, He has sent down this Qurʾān as clear signs. The "an" here is in the accusative.
