They said, "We found our fathers worshippers of them."

Allah, exalted be His praise, says: The father of Ibrāhīm and his people said to Ibrāhīm: We found our forefathers as worshippers of these idols, and we follow the way of life (milla) of our forefathers by worshipping them just as they worshipped them — (so said) Ibrāhīm.
