And ease for me my task

وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي ("And ease my task for me"): Allah, exalted be His remembrance, says: And make it easy for me to fulfill what You impose upon me of the mission, and what You charge me to bear of obedience.
With what we have said concerning this, the exegetes are also in agreement.

Yūnus related to me, saying: Ibn Wahb informed us, saying: Ibn Zayd said, concerning the word of Allah: رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي — he said: "A boldness for me."
