He — exalted be His praise — says: those who believe in Allah and His messengers and affirm what has come to them from their Lord, and act in accordance with it, deeming permissible what is permissible therein and forbidding what is forbidden — سَيَجْعَلُ لَهُمُ الرَّحْمَنُ وُدًّا (the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection) in this world, in the hearts of His believing servants.
In accordance with what we have said concerning this, the exegetes also spoke.
