O my father, indeed there has come to me of knowledge that which has not come to you, so follow me; I will guide you to an even path.

Allah, exalted be His remembrance, says: Ibrāhīm said to his father: O my father, Allah has granted me knowledge that has not been granted to you — so follow me: he says: accept my counsel. (I will guide you to a straight path): he says: I will show you the guidance to the straight path upon which you will not go astray as long as you hold fast to it, and that is the religion of Allah, in which there is no crookedness.
