Tafseer of The Night Journey · Al-Israa · 17:103

فَأَرَادَ أَن يَسْتَفِزَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ فَأَغْرَقْنَٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ جَمِيعًۭا

So he intended to drive them from the land, but We drowned him and those with him all together.

    Allah, exalted be His mention, says: Pharaoh wished to drive Moses and the Children of Israel out of the land, but فَأَغْرَقْنَاهُ (We drowned him) in the sea, وَمَنْ مَعَهُ (and those who were with him) of his hosts جَمِيعًا (all together), and We saved Moses and the Children of Israel.
