Tafseer of The Calamity · Al-Qaari'a · 101:7

فَهُوَ فِى عِيشَةٍۢ رَّاضِيَةٍۢ

He will be in a pleasant life.

    Abū Kurayb related this to us, saying: Wakīʿ related to us, on the authority of Sufyān, on the authority of Ibn Abī Najīḥ, on the authority of Mujāhid, concerning فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ: he said: 'in a life that he finds pleasing, in the Garden (janna).'

    Likewise, Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda, concerning فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ: he means: in the Garden (janna).

    حدثنا بذلك أبو كُرَيب، قال: ثنا وكيع، عن سفيان، عن ابن أبي نجيح، عن مجاهد ( فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ ) يقول: في عيشة قد رضيها في الجنة. كما حدثنا بشر، قال: ثنا يزيد، قال: ثنا سعيد، عن قتادة ( فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ ) يعني: في الجنة.
