Tafseer of Jonas · Yunus · 10:3
Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and the earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne, arranging the matter [of His creation]. There is no intercessor except after His permission. That is Allah, your Lord, so worship Him. Then will you not remember?

The explanation of the words of the Exalted:
(Indeed, your Lord is Allāh, Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and then established Himself upon the Throne. He governs the affair. There is no intercessor except after His permission. That is Allāh, your Lord — so worship Him. Will you then not be mindful? (3))
Abū Jaʿfar said: The Exalted says this: Indeed, your Lord — to Whom belongs the worship of all things, and besides Whom worship befits no one — is He Who created the seven heavens and the seven earths in six days, and Who created them alone, without partner and without helper. Then He established Himself upon His Throne, governing the affairs and disposing of His creation as He pleases. No one contradicts Him in His disposition, no one revises His governance, and no defect creeps into His affairs.
مَا مِنْ شَفِيعٍ إِلا مِنْ بَعْدِ إِذْنِهِ — He says: On the Day of Resurrection no intercessor will plead with Him on anyone's behalf except after He has granted permission for the intercession.
ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ — He, glorious is His majesty, says: He Whose attribute this is, He is your Master and your Protector — not those who do not hear and do not see and do not govern and do not dispose among the gods and the idols.
فَاعْبُدُوهُ — He says: Worship your Lord Whose attribute this is, be sincere to Him in worship, and ascribe divinity and lordship to Him alone, with submission toward Him from yourselves — not toward your idols and all the rest that you associate as partners with Him in worship.
أَفَلا تَذَكَّرُونَ — He says: Will you then not take heed and draw a conclusion from these signs and proofs, so that you turn to the acknowledgment of the oneness of your Lord and devote worship to Him alone, and cast off the peers and free yourselves from them?
