فِيهَا كُتُبٌ قَيِّمَةٌ ("therein are upright prescriptions"). He says: In the purified pages are prescriptions of Allah that are just, correct, and upright, in which no error occurs, because they are from Allah.

And in accordance with what we have said about this, the people of interpretation have spoken.

    * Mention of who said that:

Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda, concerning رَسُولٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ يَتْلُو صُحُفًا مُطَهَّرَةً ("a Messenger from Allah reciting purified pages"): he commemorates the Qurʾān with the best commemoration and praises it with the best praise.
