Tafseer of The Clot · Al-Alaq · 96:6

كَلَّآ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ لَيَطْغَىٰٓ

No! [But] indeed, man transgresses

    And His statement: كَلا ("Nay, by no means"). He, exalted is His mention, says: It does not befit man to be such that his Lord favors him with the proper formation of his creation, and teaches him what he did not know, and favors him with that which has no equal, and that he then disbelieves in his Lord who bestowed that upon him, and wrongfully exalts himself against Him when he deems himself self-sufficient.
