وَهُوَ يَخْشَىٰ

While he fears [Allah],

    وَأَمَّا مَنْ جَاءَكَ يَسْعَى * وَهُوَ يَخْشَى (But as for him who came to you hastening * while he is in awe). He says: but as for this blind man who came to you hastening, while he fears Allah and is wary of Him.
