The statement concerning the interpretation of His words — exalted is He: وَأَهْدِيَكَ إِلَى رَبِّكَ فَتَخْشَى ("and that I guide you to your Lord, so that you may fear") (79:19)
He — exalted is His mention — says to His prophet Mūsā: say to Pharaoh: do you have a need that I should show you the way to that which pleases your Lord? And that is the upright religion. فَتَخْشَى ("so that you may fear") means: so that you may fear His punishment, by fulfilling the obligations that He has imposed upon you, and avoiding the acts of disobedience that He has forbidden you.
