For the Day of Judgement.

( li-yawmi al-faṣl ) ("until the Day of Decision") means: until the day on which Allah will render judgment between His creatures, so that He takes retribution for the wronged from the wrongdoer, and rewards the doer of good for his good deed and punishes the doer of evil for his evil.
And in accordance with what we have said about this, the people of interpretation (ahl al-taʾwīl) have spoken.

Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda, concerning ( li-ayyi yawmin ujjilat li-yawmi al-faṣl ) ("for what day has it been deferred? For the Day of Decision"): the day on which judgment is rendered between the people according to their deeds — to the Garden (janna) or to the Fire.
