Tafseer of The Enshrouded One · Al-Muzzammil · 73:15

إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَآ إِلَيْكُمْ رَسُولًۭا شَٰهِدًا عَلَيْكُمْ كَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ رَسُولًۭا

Indeed, We have sent to you a Messenger as a witness upon you just as We sent to Pharaoh a messenger.

    He, exalted is His mention, says: إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ ("We have sent to you"), O people, رَسُولا شَاهِدًا عَلَيْكُمْ ("a messenger as a witness over you") — bearing witness over which of you responded to My call, and over the abstention of which of you refused to answer, on the day you meet Me at the resurrection, كَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ رَسُولا ("just as We sent to Pharaoh a messenger"). He says: like Our sending, before you, to Pharaoh of Egypt of a messenger who called him to the truth.

    يقول تعالى ذكره: ( إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ ) أيها الناس ( رَسُولا شَاهِدًا عَلَيْكُمْ ) بإجابة من أجاب منكم دعوتي، وامتناع من امتنع منكم من الإجابة، يوم تلقوني في القيامة ( كَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ رَسُولا ) يقول: مثل إرسالنا من قبلكم إلى فرعون مصر رسولا بدعائه إلى الحقّ.
