Tafseer of The Enshrouded One · Al-Muzzammil · 73:1
O you who wraps himself [in clothing],

He means by His statement: (O you who are enwrapped [al-muzzammil]): he is the one who has wrapped himself in his garment. And by it none other than the Prophet of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was intended.
The people of exegesis differed concerning the meaning by which Allah described His Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in this verse regarding the enwrapping (al-tazammul). Some of them said: He described him as one who had wrapped himself in his garment, preparing himself for the prayer.

Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda: (O you who are enwrapped): that is to say: the one who has wrapped himself in his garment.
Ibn ʿAbd al-Aʿlā related to us, saying: Ibn Thawr related to us, on the authority of Maʿmar, on the authority of Qatāda (O you who are enwrapped): he is the one who has wrapped himself in his garment.
And others said: He described him as one who had wrapped himself in prophethood and messengership.
