He, exalted is His mention, says: Before Him prostrates whatever is in the seven heavens and whatever is on the earth of His creation, and it glorifies Him.
And His word: (To Him belongs the dominion) — He, exalted is His mention, says: To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and His sovereignty; His decree therein takes effect and His command therein is carried out.
And His word: (And to Him belongs the praise) — He says: And to Him belongs the praise of all that is therein of creation, for all who are therein of creation know good only from Him, and they have no provider besides Him; to Him therefore belongs the praise of them all. (And He is capable of all things) He says: And He is powerful over all things. He says: He creates what He wills, and causes to die whom He wills, and enriches whom He wills, and impoverishes whom He wills, and grants honor to whom He wills, and humiliates whom He wills. Nothing that He wills is impossible for Him, for He is the possessor of perfect power, by which nothing can render Him incapable.
