The explanation of the words of the Exalted: (24) (He is Allah, the Creator, the Producer, the Fashioner; to Him belong the most beautiful names. Everything that is in the heavens and on the earth glorifies Him, and He is the Almighty, the All-Wise.) (24)
The Exalted, whose praise is exalted, says: He is the Worshipped One, the Creator, He besides whom no other worshipped being may rightfully be worshipped, and apart from whom there is no creator; the Producer (al-Bāriʾ) who brought forth the creation and caused them to come into existence by His power; the Fashioner (al-Muṣawwir) who fashioned His creation as He willed and as He wills.
(To Him belong the most beautiful names.) The Exalted, whose praise is exalted, says: to Allah belong the most beautiful names, and these are the names by which Allah has named Himself, which He has mentioned in these two verses.
(Everything that is in the heavens and on the earth glorifies Him.) He says: everything that is in the heavens and on the earth glorifies Him and prostrates itself before Him, willingly and unwillingly.
(And He is the Almighty.) He says: and He is the severe in retribution against His enemies. (The All-Wise) in His governance of His creation and in disposing of them toward what serves their welfare.
End of the explanation of Surah Al-Ḥashr.
