Tafseer of The Iron · Al-Hadid · 57:21
Race toward forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden whose width is like the width of the heavens and earth, prepared for those who believed in Allah and His messengers. That is the bounty of Allah which He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.

The Exalted, whose praise is exalted, says: "Vie with one another" — O people — "toward" a deed that makes obligatory for you "forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden (janna) whose breadth is as the breadth of heaven and earth, prepared" — this Garden — "for those who believe (īmān) in Allah and His messengers," that is to say: those who acknowledged the oneness of Allah and held His messengers to be truthful.
And His word: "That is the bounty of Allah, which He gives to whom He wills." The Exalted, whose praise is exalted, says: this Garden, whose breadth is as the breadth of heaven and earth, which Allah has prepared for those who believe in Allah and His messengers, is a bounty from Allah with which He favors the believers. And Allah gives His bounty to whom He wills of His creatures, and He is the Possessor of immense bounty toward them, through what He has spread out for them of sustenance in this world, and through the favors He has bestowed upon them, and in that He has made known to them the place of gratitude. Then He rewards them in the Hereafter for their obedience with that which He has described as having prepared for them.
