And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.

And the face of your Lord, O Muḥammad, endures, full of majesty and honor; and "full of majesty and honor" (dhū al-jalāl wa-l-ikrām) is a description of the face, and that is why dhū is in the nominative (rafʿ). And it has been mentioned that in the reading of ʿAbdallāh it occurs with the yāʾ, ( ذِي الجَلال والإكْرام ) "full of majesty and honor" (in the genitive), so that it is a description and attribute of the Lord.
