And that [incumbent] upon Him is the next creation

And His statement wa-anna ʿalayhi l-nashʾata l-ukhrā ("and that upon Him is the other bringing-forth") — the Exalted, whose praise is mentioned, says: and that it is upon your Lord, O Muḥammad, to create these two kinds after their death — after they have decayed in their graves — into the other creation; and that is bringing them back to life again as a new creation, just as they were before their death.
