The explanation of the saying of the Exalted: وَالذَّارِيَاتِ ذَرْوًا (By the scattering winds that scatter) (51:1).
The Exalted, whose mention is exalted, says وَالذَّارِيَاتِ ذَرْوًا (By the scattering winds that scatter); He means: by the winds that scatter the dust. One says: "dharat al-rīḥu al-turāba" and "adharat" (the wind scattered the dust).
And in accordance with what we have said about this, the scholars of exegesis have spoken.
