And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other.

His statement فَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ ("And they will turn to one another, questioning each other" — 37:50): the Exalted, whose praise is mentioned, says: some of the inhabitants of Paradise (janna) turn to others, questioning one another; He says: they ask one another.
As Bishr related to us, saying: Yazīd related to us, saying: Saʿīd related to us, on the authority of Qatāda فَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ ("And they will turn to one another, questioning each other"): the inhabitants of Paradise.
Yūnus related to me, saying: Ibn Wahb informed us, saying: Ibn Zayd said, concerning His statement فَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ ("And they will turn to one another, questioning each other"), he said: the inhabitants of Paradise.
