[So mention] when We saved him and his family, all,

﴿ إِذْ نَجَّيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴾ ("When We saved him and his family all together") means: when We saved Lūṭ and his family all together from the punishment that We sent down upon his people, by which We destroyed them.
