Allah — exalted be His praise — says: And Allah is the One who sent the fertilizing winds as بُشْرًا — as life, or as an advance announcement of the rain and the fertile precipitation which He sends down upon His servants. وَأَنـزلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً طَهُورًا — He says: And from the clouds which We raised up over you — O people — by means of the winds, We sent down a purifying water.
