Allah, exalted be His remembrance, says: Allah is the One Who has granted you—O you who deny the resurrection after death—the hearing by which you hear, the eyes by which you see, and the hearts by which you understand. How then could it be difficult for Him Who first called this into existence to create it anew after its disappearance and loss?—for He is the One Who calls all that into existence when He wills and causes it to perish when He wills. قَلِيلا مَا تَشْكُرُونَ (how little do you give thanks): that is to say: you, O you who deny, give thanks to Allah but little for His bestowal upon you of the hearing, the eyes, and the hearts.
