وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَ

And they who guard their private parts

    And His words: وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ * إِلا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ — that is to say: those who guard their private parts — and by the private parts here are meant the private parts of the men, namely their frontal private parts — حَافِظُونَ — they guard them against their use in any private part whatsoever.

    وقوله: ( وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ * إِلا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ ) يقول: والذين هم لفروج أنفسهم وعنى بالفروج في هذا الموضع: فروج الرجال، وذلك أقبالهم.( حَافِظُونَ ) يحفظونها من أعمالها في شيء من الفروج.
