Tafseer of The Night Journey · Al-Israa · 17:105
And with the truth We have sent the Qur'an down, and with the truth it has descended. And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a bringer of good tidings and a warner.

Allah the Exalted says: With the Truth We sent down this Qurʾān — that is to say: We caused it to descend while in it We command justice, honesty, noble morals, and praiseworthy matters, and in it We forbid injustice, the foul, evil morals, and reprehensible deeds. وَبِالْحَقِّ نَـزَلَ (and with the Truth it has descended): that is to say, with the Truth it descended from Allah upon His Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ.
His word وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلا مُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا (and We sent you only as a bringer of good tidings and as a warner): Allah the Exalted says to His Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ: "We sent you, O Muḥammad, to those of Our servants to whom We have sent you, only as a bringer of good tidings of Paradise to whoever obeys Us and fulfills Our command and prohibition, and as a warner to whoever disobeys Us and defies Our command."
